How can I pay for parking through Nine?

To make a parking payment via the Nine platform, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Go to the Parking Services section under the services

Step 2:
Enter/Select your vehicle plate number.

Step 3:
Select the relevant local council or enable GPS location tagging for automatic detection.

Step 4:
Tap “Pay” to proceed.

Step 5:
Choose your desired parking duration.

Step 6:
Confirm and enter your 6-digit payment PIN to authorize the transaction.

Step 7: Upon successful payment, a digital receipt will be issued for your reference.

   

   

   

How can I pay for a parking compound through Nine?

To settle a parking compound via the Nine platform, follow these steps:

Step 1:
Navigate to the Parking Services section under the services

Step 2:
Tap “Compound” icon on the parking homepage.

Step 3:

Enter either your vehicle plate number or the compound notice number.

Step 4:
Select the compound and click “Pay”.

Step 5:
Enter your 6-digit payment PIN to confirm the payment.

Step 6:
Once the transaction is successful, a digital receipt will be generated for your records.

 

 

Can I pay for multiple parking sessions using different car plate numbers?

Yes, the Nine platform allows you to pay for parking for multiple vehicles.

At present, compound payment is available for the following councils:

  • Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya (MBSJ)
  • Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ)
  • Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPSelayang)
  • Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA)
