About Nine. App

Nine App is an integrated digital platform that offers users seamless access to parking payment, various local council services, real-time updates, event announcements, and issue reporting within a single application. 

The app is available to all individuals in Malaysia, including residents, businesses, and visitors. * While general content is accessible without registration, a registered account is required to access personalized services and features. 

*Note: Access for visitors will be introduced in Phase 2. 

Yes, the Nine App is free to download and use. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges for accessing the app’s core features. However, certain services offered through the app may involve third-party fees or payment requirements. 

Nine App is available for Google Play Store, iOS and Huawei AppGallery. It supports both smartphones and tablets. 

For security reasons, you may only use the Nine App on a single device at any given time. If you were to install it on another device, you will automatically be logged out from the existing registered device when you log in to the new device. 

Smartphones Operating System must be iOS 12.0 and above or Android version 9.0 and above 

No, you require to register an account using the Nine App. 

Access for visitor will be introduced in Phase 2. 

You are not allowed to register two Nine App accounts using the same phone number or MyKad ID or passport. 

No, your phone needs a stable internet connection to use Nine App. 

Notification & Inbox

You will be notified about new services or app updates, payment status and more. 

You can access all your notifications by tapping the “bell” icon at the top right corner on your homepage.

Account & Profile

Users must have a registered Nine account to access the information and microservices. 

Users are required to provide the necessary personal information as part of the registration process in the Nine App.

You can click “Forgot Password” feature at the login page to reset your password. 

Services & Features

The key features include parking payments, digital payment platform, integrated with Selangor State microservices and many more. 

To use this service, users are required to activate their E-Wallet. 

You can reload your E-Wallet using online banking (FPX) or credit/debit card. 

If an incorrect reload occurs, the available balance can still be utilized through various options such as transferring to a bank account, making payments via DuitNow QR, or using other supported features within the app.

Yes, Nine App supports multiple languages including Bahasa Malaysia and English, allowing users to select their preferred language for a more user-friendly experience. 

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 

Yes, you can uninstall and reinstall the App. Make sure your login credentials are stored safely to re-access your account.
